HVAC issues are a pain. They can be expensive and when you don’t know anything about the subject it’s hard to know whom to trust. I had Southern Comfort install a new system 7 years ago. They came well recommended and did a great job for a good price, but as it turned out there was a small manufacturer’s defect in the equipment. This came to light two years after the warranty expired but Mark went to work on the problem, diagnosing it and getting the manufacturer to come through with a new part. Altogether, his team has made six trips to my home, a good 60 miles from their home base. They’ve always been on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly and helpful (I’ll miss talking with them!). And Mark himself is easy-going, professional, and committed to doing what’s best for his customers even when this involves considerable trouble and expense. My thanks to all of them!
